Larry Large has been involved with the development of Rocky point for the past 17 years. His vision in 1990 was to turn Rocky Point into a world-class resort destination. Chango’s Rocky Point Bar is part of that vision. It is located in the newly developed Sandy Beach area. Chango’s is the place for great music and good food. A state of the art Bose sound system coupled with 5 flat screen monitors make it rock with music and music video. Live music is featured Friday and Saturday nights.

Larry’s vision not only encompassed the development of Rocky Point, it also included the revitalization of the area. The Larry D Large foundation provides help for the needy in the Rocky point.
